Privacy Policy

Vestara Vault stores the inspection records you create: properties, units, rooms, photos, notes, and tenant sign-off details. This data is visible only to members of your own team, and photos are served through short-lived private links.

Tenant sign-off links show a single completed report to the person holding the link. Signing records the tenant's full name, the time, and the network address of the signing device, which together serve as the acknowledgment.

We do not sell your data or your tenants' data. Account and billing information is used only to operate the service.
